   I have had the experience relaxing and nurturing individual through costumized massage starting in 2005. Before that I was an Esthetitian. So my whole adult life I have been in the spa world, from small boutique businesses to large Resorts. Most my career I have worked at Four Seasons and Park Hyatt resorts. More recent years I really enjoyed working with clients independent from those companies.

   From a young age I have believed it’s important to practice prevention. So natural wellness, eating habits,exercise routines,and massage therapy. We need to maintain physical and mental wellbeing to stay healthy.
