Wellness is taking time for you, to understand and heal your personal vehicle of light.  We have been given many gifts that contain wonderful healing tools already within us.  I strive to assist the natural healing properties with in us.  Looking within we shall heal our world.  Anger, frustration and pain are tools to understanding our bodies.  I will incorporate source knowledge with tools given to get your body moving in the direction of health.
