Jenna Linton

I graduated from Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts in July 2023 where I learned and developed and integrative approach to massage therapy including various modalities such as Swedish, Craniosacral, myofascial, and acupressure. I believe the body and mind are deeply connected and making time to find rest and relaxation can offer so many incredible benefits for the body. My practice is focused on helping people who deal with chronic stress and chronic pain find relief and relaxation. I facilitate the body and mind's healing by providing massage therapy sessions catered to my clients' needs and goals. I listen to my clients' words and their bodies to build a healing session, integrating other modalities as it may fit. I believe that we have all grown accustomed to our fast-paced grind culture, and everybody can benefit from finding ways to slow down and find rest. As Tricia Hersey said, "Your body has important information to share with you, but it can only arrive to you in a rested state."
