Jenna Anderson (A.S., LMT, TRE, SSP)

?As a former Paramedic, Jenna has a foundation in emergency medicine. Jenna's curiosity into complementary modalities began in the mid 90s. She began offering classic massage therapy in 1996 at Northstar Swim and Racquet Club in California. Jenna began studying CranioSacral Therapy (CST) in the early 2000s, after moving to Washington State. She has studied Visionary, Biodynamic and Biomechanical forms and lineages of CranioSacral Therapy.
 

Jenna's pursuit of excellence led her through many specialties and Advanced training at the Upledger Institute, including specialized courses in Pediatrics, Chronic Depletion/Complex Cases, SomatoEmotional Release, and additional focus on CST's impacts on the immune system and brain (neurological) support, enhancing her ability to provide holistic care.
 

Today, Jenna combines CST with MyoFascial Release and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, offering non-invasive treatments for all ages. Jenna also teaches wonderful tools for nervous system support that, once learned, can be used as needed. Jenna is a "Trauma Informed" bodyworker certified in Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) and The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP.)
 

When Jenna is away from her office and her Zoom room, she most enjoys learning about new ways to support transformation, traveling with her family, and spending time in nature.
