My clients seek treatment for conditions including but not limited to: stress, depression, insomnia, headaches, arthritis, muscle stiffness and tension, fibromyalgia and autoimmune conditions. Many clients also seek massage treatments for pure relaxation and a sense of well being. Because of my specialty training, I see clients who are in any stage of their cancer diagnosis, treatment or recovery. I perform Mastectomy Massage for women who are about to undergo surgery or completed surgery for breast cancer.

My practice philosophy is that of full mind-body integration. I believe that health and well-being is an intricate balance between the mind and body and that massage therapy promotes and enables such a balance. Stress, anxiety and tension create a susceptibility to illness and injury. Massage therapy addresses all of these conditions and helps the body achieve a state of balance and health.
