Have had insighful instructors whose lessons I've modified to better suit my approach--  because of my height, strength, and endurance-- involving positioning, muscle/joint structure, stretching, and manipulation that can be described as reconditioning of muscle-memory--  using adjoining fascia to affect and reset relationships that muscles share with each other.

Basically, this is a non-invasive approach, orchestrated for the individual's relief and enjoyment--  communicating with and through the nervous system--  where deep-tissue techniques to breakdown more stubborn spasms are usually saved until the end.

The experience itself often proves both inspiring and educational.

To clarify, although several colleagues have suggested I advertise my services as sports-related, I feel my work to encompass that, but be more aptly described as "medicine for the working-man or working-woman"--  an approach towards improving any client's performance, both physically and mentally.
