Massage and Bodywork can be a wonderful addition to your personal wellness plan. Please call me for more information and to discuss your unique needs. Offering spa therapies but specialize in Therapeutic Massage. This is Orthopedic and Medical Massage for which I have completed additional training and have over 5 years of clinical experience practicing. You will be assessed and evaluated at your first appoinment and therapy will be provided to achieve your goals.
I am also a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist. (CMLDT). This gentle therapy that can be used to reduce swelling after surgery or injury, and to help improve or prevent worsening lymphadema.
