Jayne Hyduk, Licensed Massage Therapist NVMT 9097.  I have been in practice for about 16 years and have trained with AIS, Active Isolated Stretching under Aaron Mattes and Orthopedic Massage Techniques under Dr. Ben Benjamin.  I have worked in a wide variety of Massage, including Mobile and On Demand from Medical Massage to Poker and Pool Massage.  

One of My Specialties include Sports Massage working with Athletes incorporating Active Isolated Stretching to minimize the chances of injury by increasing the range of motion.  It is important to keep the tissues active by getting regular bodywork.

Massage can be done sitting in a chair or on a table.
