Jayme Theis

I have been practicing massage and bodywork since August of 2006 and attended the Flint School Of Therapeutic Massage. I always have a goal of providing whatever needs to be done to achieve what the client is seeking but my specialty falls more in line with deep tissue integration and using fire-cupping with Graston Technique to help manipulate the muscles to allow me to work deeper and assist in releasing tension throughout the body.

I am a trail runner and have run a number of ultras around Colorado and I have also been snowboarding since the early 1990's. Through this and other recreational activities, sports injuries and a pretty bad auto-accident in 2013, I have a pretty good sense of pain patterns and overcoming injuries and use this to help my clients better overcome their own issues.
