With nearly two decades of experience, I will use a wide variety of techniques to help you feel better in you body. My trainings have covered a wide variety of modalities from Thai massage and several movement techniques. The main movement technique I have studied is Advanced Trainings which uses some body reading, testing for imbalances and gives you more options for movement. I believe that massage is one part of the process to feeling better, the other part is what you do at home. I will give you recommendations for things to help your body to continue the work.
