Kinesthetic Awakening means becoming aware of your own body. The term also embodies the idea of breathing new life into your body as you move more freely, reduce pain, and learn to breath deeper. As part of my integrated approach, I listen closely to, and hold space with each and every client. The stories you tell guide me towards an individualized healing plan. I carefully take into account not only every symptom and illness, but also your personal healing goals. Together, we put all the pieces together to create a plan. You are your own living story, not just a collection of emotions, pains and illnesses. My job is to coach your body to unlock the healing process that it is craving.

I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, from infants to athletes looking to improve their performance to those struggling with injuries and diseases such as frozen shoulder, TMD, MS, Diabetes, Muscular Dystrophy, Fibromyalgia, Connective Tissue Disorders, Rheumatic Disorders, Arthritis, Visual Disorders and much more.

Services include natural vision improvement with eye exercises, bodywork, and corrective exercise training.
