Jacqueline Paul is a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Nutritious Movement(TM) Certified Personal Trainer-Restorative Exercise Specialist. She owns Body Renewal & Rejuvenation which is a results-based practice.  She knows the importance of strength and mobility to create a pain-free, vital body which helps us live the active, pain-free life we want to live. Our signature therapeutic massage therapy techniques as well as Restorative Exercise will help you attain this goal.

Body Renewal & Rejuvenation offers Orthopedic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, and Swedish (Relaxation) Massage.  We also offer Movement Education in the form of Restorative Exercise private sessions or group classes.
