Jackie Adams

I have been in practice for 33 years. I chose massage therapy because I believed it was a good fit for my personality - I love one-on-one time with people. I also believe that we all need to take time to reconnect to our bodies and create the space for them to process ~ physically, mentally and emotionally. Massage therapy is the perfect vehicle for that. It has been a pleasure to participate in my clients' times of healing.
