Hello! My name is Bichlien, but please call me Lien.

My passion for health and wellness has shaped my lifestyle and career. I love studying human movement, the brain-body connection, and how they are interconnected. Outside of my practice, you’ll find me exploring new fitness activities, embracing challenges, and continuously expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients.

With over 15 years as a Clinical Massage Therapist and Wellness Coach, and the past 5 years of Mobility Coaching, I am passionate about helping others live their healthiest, most vibrant lives. My curiosity about human movement and the mind-body connection has led me to explore a wide range of athletic disciplines ranging from traditional lifting to powerlifting, ballroom dance to Acro-yoga, and sports such as sand volleyball, boxing, or rock climbing - all of which have given me a deep, understanding of body mechanics, recovery, mobility, and injury prevention.

I understand that each person is unique, and my mission is to provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals seeking balance and vitality in their lives. In a judgment-free zone, I am committed to empowering every individual to take ownership of their health and making the necessary lifestyle shifts for longevity.?
