I am a  Licensed Massage Therapist and I have been practicing since 2006.  I am very passionate about helping people achieve a better quality of life through massage and bodywork .

Massage increases the body’s natural ability to heal with shorter recovery time after an injury. Many patients experience restored flexibility, increased range of motion, relief from chronic muscle and/or joint pain and a reduction of overall tension and stress.
