Illumina Integrative Bodywork is the culmination of over 30 years of study and of practicing alternative healing arts. During this time, one of the things that I have learned is that we all have stories to tell, and our bodies have stories to tell also. These are the stories of how our bodies have descended into discomfort and unwellness, and have achieved healing and wholeness.
