Welcome to Highest Serenity Bodywork where we provide a safe space to access stillness, restore balance & remove obstacles to your wellness.  I believe in the human body's ability to regain homeostasis. As life can sometimes interrupt our peace, we must make a conscious choice to engage in our own healing process. I am honored to share my knowledge of the human body's delicate balance & assist my client's in finding an empowered state of wellbeing. Throughout my 20 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have integrated a variety of therapeutic massage techniques into my sessions to ensure effective treatment of the concerns brought to my table. The power of human touch can unlock a lifetime of stories that demonstrate the body's ability to rebuild & remodel. However, at times, the compensations for daily stress, past injuries, & compromised functioning can leave a body in need of a reset.

About the Practitioner

Throughout my career I have been fascinated by the synchronicities between the physiological explanations of the body & the energetic experiences had through various shamanic practices.  Keeping a balanced approach of precise anatomical knowledge with intuitively lead healing work has allowed me to address the mind, body & spirit's needs as they are revealed along the healing journey. The body's innate intelligence is seeking homeostasis for you in every moment.  Our work is to find alignment and remove obstacles or patterns disrupting your balanced flow.

I am proud to be bringing Biodynamic CranioSacral therapy to the center of my healing practice. This gentle, hands-on approach provides balance to the central nervous system & allows the body to unwind according to it's own innate intelligence. I particularly enjoy working closely with family's & pediatric clients to provide a safe space for nervous system healing for the entire household.

An Integrated bodywork session with me integrates CranioSacral therapy and precise manual therapy to provide realignment with a peaceful inner & outer world. My specialty is creating a safe space for my client's to recharge their spirit & reset their bodies stress responses. I am grateful to share my peaceful approach to combining detailed knowledge of anatomy & physiology with an intuitive touch to best serve my client's needs.

I have spent almost half my life gathering tools of healing & centering into my experience. I balance myself with regular yoga, pilates, dance parties & Forest bathing to ensure my cup is full & my spirit is available for service. It brings me joy to share my life experience with my husband & two kiddos that keep life interesting.  My role as a mother informs & supports my growth as a bodywork professional. I believe in infinite love & wellbeing because I see it in their faces everyday.

My quest for ongoing learning & expansion have lead me to connect with Ryan Hallford of the CranioSacral Resource Center for my Biodynamic CranioSacral trainings. I am pleased to continue hosting ongoing CranioSacral trainings in the Houston area in collaboration with Ryan. I highly recommend choosing from the variety of meditations available through The CranioSacral Podcast to facilitate your healing between sessions.
