Thanks for taking the time out of your lives to take care of yourselves through massage!  

I am happy to help transcend physical and emotional pain through massage therapy and energy work!  I have been fortunate enough to have been able to help people with massage and the healing arts for over eighteen years now!  I was drawn to massage therapy as a way of helping people.  

I have  a deep passion fo what I do, whether it's helping relieve someones' headache, helping an athlete perform better, or releasing that knot in your neck and shoulders which has been there for years.  I use a variety of techniques and focus on releasing headaches, neck and shoulder tension and low back pain.  I also work on work related and auto injuries.  I use myofacial release and facilitated stretching and help you develop a stretching and wellness routine.
