Heather Gall is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach and a Certified Aromatherapist.
She trained in nutrition studies at Colorado State University, Queensland University in Australia, and with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, completing her certification as an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach. She completed her massage therapy training at KeKino Massage Academy & Institute of Healing and uses Swedish Massage and Trigger Point Therapy in her practice. She has also completed training at Aetiology acquiring her certification in Lymphatic Enhancement Technique levels 1, 2 and Lymphedema training. She completed training at the Lymphatic Technology Institute acquiring a certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage using the Essential Life Technique Lymphatic Massage; a unique approach of using specific essential oils to encourage and improve movement of the Lymphatic System, Circulatory System, and Nervous System. She is a Certified Aromatherapist and uses therapeutic-grade essential oils for their concentrated health benefits as a great compliment to her massage services.
