Heart to Hands specializes in Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR). However, I want to make the session as beneficial for the client as possible. Therefore, in a session, other modalities such as Craniosacral Therapy, Swedish massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitated (PNF) stretching, and Lymphatic Drainage may be incorporated. 

Myofascial Release and massage sessions are by appointment only.
