Carol Geithner

   

     Hi, my name is Carol Geithner, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the Annapolis Maryland region since 2017. I received my Associates of Applied Science Degree in Massage Therapy at Anne Arundel Community College in 2017, graduating Summa Cum Laude. I began working out of my home in November of 2017, and opened my own Healing Studio in April, 2019.  

     Healing Thyme Therapeutic Massage and Wellness Center offers high quality Therapeutic Massage Services, as well as  yoga, mediation, and other holistic services.  We also have an Apothecary featuring Refill Goodness, an eco-friendly company who's goal is to offer low-waste alternatives for all your household needs. they provide bulk refills and minimally packaged products with an emphasis on reduced touch, thoughtful sourcing, and consumer education, showcasing local and regional companies.

     I believe that each client is unique and special.  That is why I tailor each massage session meet your specific, individual needs. My goal is to prove a distinct therapeutic experience to help alleviate pain, increase functional and pain-free range of motion, and increase your overall sense of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. I use an integrative approach to massage, incorporating a variety of modalities within each individual session.  These modalaties may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Trigger Point Therapy, Thai Massage techniques, Cupping, application of Moist Heat and various Active and/or Passive Stretches.
