Greetings and Namaste!

The constant use of cellphones and tablets has brought a new gamut of Repetitive Stress Syndromes (RSS's) which can tighten and even lock up our joints, should they go untreated and unused.   In sessions I address problem areas to relax pain patterns and increase circulation which rejuvenates the joints and muscles allowing you to return to a life of normal daily activities.  

In my practice I have successfully helped clients suffering from pain caused by fibromyalgia, numbness, sciatica, decreased circulation, bone-on-bone joint discomfort, rotator cuff injuries, whiplash, arthritis, frozen shoulder, stiff joints, chronic migraines, headaches, low back pain, prenatal pains, runner's knee, tennis elbow, TMJ, and carpal tunnel syndrome to name a few.  Over a few sessions, and with a little bit of self-care homework I throw in to keep those joints loose, therapeutic massage has both addressed and improved those issues in my clients.
