Massage is part of your wellness routine and should be received regularly to get the most benefit out of the work.  I use various techniques, from Sewdish to PUSH Therapy, that range in intensity and result in flowing muscles and calmness. 

Pregnancy massage is performed while you lay on your side.  Postpartum massage can be performed in your home, an additional cost, with your clothes on. My travel range in one hour outside of Boulder.  Please note, when there is snow on the ground I do not go into the mountains.
