Tucked away in the wilderness of rural Wisconsin is our little piece of heaven, and location of Got Knots? My husband and I own and operate our family farm. Raising kids, cattle, chickens, and crops. After 15 years of working in health care I decided to take a new approach to health and wellness. I graduated from Capri College in Dubuque, Ia in April of 2021 and founded Got Knots? June of 2021. Since then, I've started learning Craniosacral Therapy through Upledger Insitute, and Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage through Pump Lymphatics and ABMP. It is a privilege to be a part of your health and wellness.
