Passion, empathy, sincerity, superior massage skills, and a desire to help others are just some of the characteristics that make me stand out amongst my fellow massage therapists. When I treat a patient, I make a personal connection and work to understand exactly what my client wants to achieve - pain relief, stress reduction, improved range of motion, etc.

I practice a combination of swedish and thai massage called "Coaching the Body", in which I utilize trigger point therapy, stretching and traditional massage techniques to reduce or eliminate trigger points and the pain associated with it. Each client is unique, so no one treatment fits all clients. This flexibility is the key to my success in helping my clients achieve their goals.

My approach to treating patients is very much intuitive, based on the response I see through palpating areas of the body that are disregulated or in pain. The treatment is a joint effort between my client and me, and I utilize their feedback throughout the treatment, to adjust my focus, pressure and type of treatment to achieve maximal results.

I bring over 30 years of massage experience and a desire to help others live a happy and physically comfortable life.
