My name is Giselle Toran, and I am a licensed massage therapist with 39 years of dedicated experience. With a deep understanding of the body’s intricacies, I specialize in soothing relaxation massage techniques designed to help you manage stress, release muscle tension, and enhance your overall well-being.

My massage style is nurturing, nuanced, creative, and tailored to your individual needs. My heart is involved in every session, and my intention is to provide you with the best possible massage experience. I am committed to creating a healing, respectful, and professional environment. You will find a quiet, clean, and comfortable massage room within a chiropractic and spa setting.

To ensure you can fully unwind, I purposely refrain from engaging in excessive conversation during your massage. This quiet focus sets the stage for deeper relaxation, allowing my intuitive touch to naturally emerge, ensuring the best possible massage experience for you.

Once we discuss your goals for the session, I draw from a blend of massage techniques, including Swedish relaxation (circulatory) massage, lymphatic massage, and gentle targeted pressure (neuromuscular) massage. If additional pressure is needed without causing discomfort, I may use a percussion device such as a Theragun. To relieve deeper muscular tension in areas like the back, shoulders, upper hips, and hamstrings, I may incorporate the soothing warmth of hot stones. The increased circulation and the right amount of pressure often help release muscular tension.
