My journey toward a career focused on holistic well-being began in 2020 when I enrolled in a Practical Nursing program. While the experience provided valuable education and clinical exposure, I discovered that the traditional medical model didn't fully align with my values. This led me to embark on a path of self-discovery and exploration, ultimately focusing on holistic healing practices.
In 2023, I achieved certification as a Reiki Practitioner from the Integrated Energy Medicine Institute. This accomplishment solidified my commitment to this approach. I further expanded my skillset by completing my Massage Therapy education at the American Institute in Hartford, CT, graduating in 2024. My techniques include Swedish, reflexology, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports, cupping, orthopedic, and stretching to name a few.
With a passion for lifelong learning and a heart for service, I am poised to making a meaningful impact in holistic healthcare and continue to grow as a well-rounded wellness professional.
