Gabriel Hoff

I specialize in Shiatsu - working with the meridians and acupressure points from Chinese Medicine; Connective Tissue work - slow deep tissue; Medical Massage - especially for chronic pain; and am certified in Biodynamic Craniosacral work - a practice of helping the body reconnect to its own life-giving energy source through gentle contact. I am drawn to working with people who have neck, shoulder, or low back/hip issues. With communication and intuition I search for the root causes of any issues and the treatment methods that work best. Many clients love receiving the combination of massage and energy work (Craniosacral) that I offer, because it helps them feel deeply comfortable and at-home in their bodies. I've been practicing massage since 2012 and taught at the Finger Lakes School of Massage for 4-1/2 years.
