Gabriela Silva

I began my bodywork journey in 2008, attending Educating Hands School of Massage in Miami, FL.  Having worked in the food and beverage industry for years, I witnessed how people from all walks of life were struggling daily with chronic pain, injuries, mobility issues, insomnia, stress and depression. I wanted to create positive change in people’s lives while developing a deeper connection with my fellow humans.  Bodywork became the perfect channel for me to work one-on-one with people, create meaningful relationships, set goals, and achieve positive, life-changing results.

Bodywork is a broad and ever-evolving path, and I love continuously growing in my field.  Some of my specializations include: topical CBD, Himalayan salt stones, traditional Thai massage , cupping therapy, myofascial M2TBlade tool, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy – all of which I incorporate in my practice. I am so grateful to be on this journey, and to share it with my wonderful clients.

My approach to each individual and each session is unique and customized based on a thorough initial intake. I want to know your history and current state – physically, mentally, emotionally – as well as what you wish to achieve from your session. Once I know what you are looking for, and what you are comfortable with, I can adapt my skillset to your specific needs and wants. When I’m not with my clients, I am enjoying time with my pup, Buckley- out hiking, paddling, cycling, camping, gardening; or inside with my kitty, Ophelia, enjoying a book, movie, music, podcast, cooking or crafting.
