I have been a holistic health practitioner for over 20 years and specialize in relaxing deep tissue massage. I also practice cranio sacral therapy and reiki as part of my customized sessions. I believe that the body heals best when the mind is relaxed and the production of stress hormones is interrupted and that a massage can be deep without being painful. 

Adjustments due to Covid include increased sanitation measures, 30 minutes time between clients and availability of distance Reiki for those who wish no direct conact but need healing. Distance Reiki is equally powerful as in person Reiki.
