I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2009 and a cancer survivor as of 2017 (ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer). I strongly believe that a big part of holistic health is about taking control of your well-being and making conscience choices that empower you to live better every day. Massage therapy is a critical component for addressing our body’s physical needs and living a healthy lifestyle.

I specialize in therapeutic massage that helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem; such as injuries, tennis elbow, neck/back pain, headaches/migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, and arthritis.  I love to incorporate Thai Massage, Rolfing Massage, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Trigger Point and Reflexology in many massage therapy sessions. I am also certified in Oncology Massage with gentle touch for people with cancer during and after treatment, anxiety, and in recovery or palliative care.
