My work is based on providing a holistic treatment that will help you to find alignment, freedom and wholeness. My approach incorporates clinical somatic education, shiatsu and massage therapy. I can provide you with body-awareness based tools to help you to relax your muscles, restore alignment and freedom of movement. I am licensed in both CT and MA and have been practicing massage therapy since 2009.
