Erik's signature integrative sessions are a synthesis of myofascial, neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, biodynamic, swedish, and energetic techniques. During sessions clients are encouraged to be active participants in the work to direct their healing. However, those seeking a more relaxing or passive experience are also given the opportunity to completely let go and melt deeply into their experience.
