Erica Chapman

Hello!  I am a former ballet dancer, so well aware of physical stresses on the body.  I trained at the Atlanta School of Massage and have been doing bodywork for over 25 years.  I use swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, trigger point work and stretching to try to bring your soft tissues into a better state of being.  When we can feel the difference between holding/tension and a more relaxed/fluid state, we have the sense memory to make better choices for ourselves.  I have a home office and I also make house calls.  Every Body is Amazing!
