The body and mind are one. I use a range of methods from deep tissue, spinal reflex analysis, orthopedic, swedish, hotstone, and prenatal massage, to subtle craniosacral therapy, acupressure, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki, and many things inbetween.  With kinesiology and acupressure, I am able to clear the amygdala of emotional memory that accompanies trauma & injury, which significantly speeds healing of soft tissue injuries. Likewise, through kinesiology & acupressure, I am able to clear other brain structures and neurological patterns, improving posture, gait and cognitive functioning. I have been practicing for over 30 years. I work with adults and children.
