Embodied Wellness Massage Therapy

My practice focuses on therapeutic massage designed to support pain relief, muscle recovery, and nervous system regulation. I work with the understanding that muscular tension is often influenced by both physical strain and underlying stress patterns.

Sessions are individualized and may include Swedish and deep tissue techniques, with options such as cupping or warm stones when appropriate. Care is taken to work within the client’s comfort level while addressing areas of restriction and imbalance.
