Elihu Vineiz-Cox

Hi, my name is El, and I am an LMT and Reiki Master based in Woods Cross, Utah. I integrate energy and bodywork to provide a holistic approach to health care, often in conjunction with Western medical treatments. I also provide craniosacral treatment, specializing in promoting healthy movement in the body's diaphragms. I have my CST 1 certification through the Upledger Institute. Many of my clients come to me to help with hip and shoulder tension and dysfunction. I also do abdominal work, which I have found useful to release chronic tension patterns that pull the upper body out of alignment. Scar work is one of my favorite focuses as well. I hold space for emotional release, which tends to keep the body in an attitude of bracing and leads to chronic tension and pain. I love connecting the body, mind, and soul and providing long-term improvements through intuitive bodywork.
