 My primary modality is shiatsu, a delicious combination of pressure, stretches and rotation of joints. You will enjoy your session while fully clothed on a mat on the floor. Your one hour session can be extended to 90 minutes or 2 hours if needed, or if you’d like to add reflexology or raindrop technique to your session.

Shiatsu changed my life by keeping me healthy, reducing sports injuries and enhancing recovery time. I found my emotions becoming very stable and dreams growing more vivid. My passion is to help you achieve balance in your life as well.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is my most recent passion. In September 2022, I became a Certified Lmphedema Therapist (CLT) after completing a 135 hour program. I look forward to helping clients after surgeries and especially after lymph node removal.
