Elaine Ward

Hi! My name is Elaine. I have been a Certified Massage Therapist since completing my education at Milan Insitute in Boise, Idaho in 2010. Helping people through injury and recovery has always been a passion of mine, and while in school it became even more clear that helping people navigate throught these things with massage was something i was even more passionate about.

With my clients, each session is individualized to meet their needs and I use a variety of goals to meet their session goals. Most of the clients that see me have repetitive movements due to their professions and weekend athletic advetures. I help clients decrease their pain and discomfort while increasing their range of motion, providing them with a better quality of life.
