EFT is such a breakthrough in emotional and physical healing, that it could be compared to the discovery of electricity. It has changed the lives of millions already. The best thing is that you can learn the technique yourself, and create immense change in your own life. I encourage all my clients to work with me AND do their own tapping in between sessions. This way the progress continues day to day, and you have a tool literally at your fingertips for when you need it the most.

What I find so interesting about EFT tapping work, is that when our personal baggage is removed, we become our best selves: kind, campassionate, thoughtful and decent. It is our wounding that causes us to lash out, or behave in ways that are not in our own best interst, and not in the interest of our highest good.

I love doing workshops. I am so grateful that I can so easily help oothers solve intractable problems such as heavy emotional burdens and old emotional patterns.
