I am a  Licensed Massage Therapist who has been practicing massage and cupping therapy in Portland OR for the past 20 years.    

I operate my massage therapy practice with the belief that every "body" is unique and has specific needs for optimal health.

Because of this belief system my approach is very effective.  I listen carefully to what you tell me about your body, it's history and your reasons for coming in for massage therapy. No matter what you are seeking, I will take the time to work with you to develop the perfect treatment plan for your session.  Whether it's for some relaxation -anti stress massage or for some much needed  deep tissue massage therapy, trigger point therapy, Chinese-Vacuum cupping, myofascial release, Hot or Cold Stone Massage, or to recover from a Motor Vehicle Accident injury, I use my 20years of experience to provide a safe, effective treatment for you tht leaves long lasting results.

We will work together to develop a treatment plan that will address your specific needs for obtaining your optional health.  I will provide services aimed at accomplishing those requests in a manner that is effective, comfortable, enjoyable and that produces long lasting results.
