Licensed and nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage since 2007, my focus is on providing a safe and comfortable environment to help you alleviate pain and combat the increasing levels of stress in today's society.  I continued my studies, in the field of pain management, with an intermediate course of study in connective tissue and myofascial Therapy, as well as myofascial bodywork for easing spinal bends. Trained in CranioSacro Therapy(CST)- a healing power with a gentle touch.  CST releases deep rooted tensions and pain in the central nervous system. Reiki, an energy healing modality, enhances my intuition to connect with each individual.
