My name is Diana Rivera and I have been a licensed therapist since 2016. I have taken additional training in prenatal, deep tissue, and lymphatic drainage. I love helping people to feel their best in the body God gave them. The power of touch brings so much healing to the body, mind, and soul. People who come to see me with heavy depression/anxiety/sickness/pain always leave with so much joy and graditude. You see, massage stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system also known as the rest and digest system and this minimizes the damages of depression/anxiety/sickness/pain. 

We often live our lives in overdrive, constantly keeping our nervous system in the sympathetic state (aka fight or flight system). We all need space to decompress and meditate on the goodness of God and the new life we can receive in Him.
