Debra Ty

In 1987 I completed by Holistic Health Practioner's license from the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, CA.  Concurrently, I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree from The University for Humanistic Studies in Del Mar, CA studying the psyche and its' relationship to the body. I hold a national massage certification from NCBTMB and a membership with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (apmp) for which continued education is required for membership.  In 1998 I began my training in Craniosacral Therapy (CST) with The Upledger Foundation, and have continued training and practicing CST since. Quality of presence and touch are my foundation for delivering the modalities for each customized session. These sessions are a co-creation between myself and all that the recipient brings to the table. I teach self-cre classes; qigong and other topics related to well-being, transformation, and empowerment.
