Each person comes with unique challenges and goals.   I apply a variety of skills to support you in healthy muscle function. My recommendations are based on nearly 15 years of clinical experience, as well as ongoing continuing education.   The science of muscle function repeatedly provides new alternatives and old standards, all working together to meet your individual goals.
