As a minority and veteran-owned business, I bring a strong sense of service, dedication, and integrity to every client I work with. I proudly graduated in December 2024 from the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in Falls Church, VA, where I received comprehensive training in a wide range of therapeutic techniques.

My professional journey began in August 2024 as an intern under the guidance of Dr. Yun at the Chiropractic and Health Center in Woodbridge, VA, where I continue to serve as a licensed massage therapist. During my training, I had the unique opportunity to study Sports Massage and practice on elite athletes—including members of the Washington Commanders—an experience that sharpened my skills in performance recovery and injury prevention.

I specialize in providing personalized care for individuals and veterans seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, and mobility issues. My mission is to create a welcoming, professional environment where every client receives tailored, high-quality therapy designed to restore balance, reduce discomfort, and enhance overall well-being.
