Yes, I have 28 years of hands-on-body experience and know lots of techniques to give you temporary relief.  But what I love doing now is providing REAL shifts.  I work with people who are committed to taking responsibility for their health, wellness and daily experience of life...people who know that it starts withiin, that "problems" are no one else's fault, who have had enough of just surviving day in and day out, and who want to thrive and live bold and beautiful lives! 

I am a Bodymind Coach. I use embodiment tools/practices like massage, craniosacral therapy, movement (yoga and dance), and guided meditation ALONGSIDE a powerful coaching conversation to help you re-connect with your body and its wisdom, and LIVE from that place of inner guidance.  Stress and Pain can't take hold and settle in your body when you are living Bodymind-connected! Once you start making empowered choices guided by your inner compass, you won't NEED weekly massages to get you out of pain or frazzle mode (though you might still elect to get them simply because they feel good)! You'll have more energy and motivation to go after what truly you up and those around you will benefit from your improved outlook too!
