I specialize in somatic bodywork and healing, meaning we work with emotions, memories, and patterns held in the nervous system both on and off the massage table.
The work I do includes somatoemotional release, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), quantum healing, myofascial work, and deeper layers such as ancestral and past-life imprints when they naturally arise.
This is gentle, intuitive work that supports profound shifts. Clients may experience emotional release, nervous system regulation, clarity, and a renewed sense of safety and connection within themselves.
