I use an integrated approach to massage therapy incorporating Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Intergrative Reflexology and various stretching techniques depending on what my patient needs. I work with a wide rage of patients and help them attain relief from chronic and acute pain, improve soreness and relieve stiffness in muscles, improve body alignment as well as incrreasing joint flexibility. By calming the nervous system we promote an overall feeling of relaxation and reduce stress and tension.
