I began my own journey as a personal trainer, but I realized there was something missing—a deeper way to support my clients beyond strength and movement.

My passion for bodywork started with my own healing journey. After a surgery, I leaned on massage therapy to help me through. Massage is so much more than working on muscles; it’s about helping the whole person heal, move better, and feel better. Now, I combine my knowledge of fitness and bodywork to offer a holistic approach to health, helping clients reconnect with their bodies in a deeper, more meaningful way.
